The Intel Core i9-14900K is Intel's top desktop CPU, pairing 8 Performance-cores with 16 Efficient-cores for 24 cores and 32 threads total. It leans hard on clock speed: P-cores boost up to 6.0 GHz out of the box, which is why it still leads most single-threaded and gaming benchmarks against AMD's Ryzen lineup.
